Principal Michelle Kempskie is passionate about team success! She is a strategic advisor with 25 years of experience working with organizations of all sizes and disciplines. Her expertise lies in facilitation, strategic planning and analysis, strategic communications, maximizing team performance, leadership and management coaching, and issue assessment and resolution. Her operations and revenue-generating roles have given her perspective, helping her see situations from multiple angles. Michelle has developed teams and supported clients remotely her entire career. She brings people together - remote or in-person - towards common goals and bridges any gaps in communication that impede success.
Michelle holds a MA in organizational psychology from William James College and a BS in finance from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell. She is certified a certified executive coach and trained as a certified practitioner in Herrmann Whole Brain Thinking, The Fearless Organization Scan, EQi-2.0 & EQ360, Predictive Index, and DEI in the Workplace. Michelle is a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Human Resource Leadership Foundation, Boston Facilitators Roundtable, and TroopHR.

Michelle lives on the North Shore of Massachusetts and in addition to puzzles (jigsaw puzzles too!), she enjoys cooking, hiking/walking, trying new restaurants, and traveling. She also loves to volunteer in her community schools and as a communications team member for the Cape Ann Chamber of Commerce. Michelle is also a board member of Culture Reframed.
